Contract Formation

No contract shall subsist between you and Ink 4 U Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Ink 4 U Ltd accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Ink 4 U Ltd sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.

Pricing

"List Price" - any "list price" used on this Ink 4 U Ltd Site represents the manufacturers suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.

"Our Price" - despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an items correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an items correct price is higher than our quoted price, Ink 4 U Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you an inconvenience.

You "Save" - all references to your "savings" on this Site are based on your average savings relative to the "list price" excluding the VAT calculation.

Delivery

We will deliver your order within normal working hours within 1 business day from receipt of the order if we receive your order before 4pm. If your order is received after 4pm, we will deliver the order within normal working hours within 2 business days. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within this time period we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery time with you. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within our time period you may at your option cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

DELIVERY IS ONLY £5.95(EXCL VAT) FOR ORDERS OVER £39.95(EXCL VAT) MAINLAND UK ONLY. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM FURNITURE CATEGORIES HAS A FIXED DELIVERY CHARGE OF £10.00 +VAT. For Highlands and Island, Chanel Island, Northern Island and Isle of Man delivery is charged at a fixed pice of £22.00+vat.

Your Order

We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (eg a red box files for a black one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.

Communication

We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid opt-out option will be provided.
